2009 – 2010 Nomination Form

The Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association All-Academic Team is designed to honor high school varsity volleyball players who have proven excellence in the classroom. To be eligible to receive this award, players must have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, or the equivalent on another scale, during the first semester of the 2009 – 2010 school year. All players from one high school may be listed on the same nomination form. Only a player who has earned a varsity letter during the 2009 season according to her school’s requirements is eligible for this award.

Eligibility Criteria

       1. Head Coach must be a current member of the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association

       2. Completed application with all required signatures must be submitted by March 1, 2010

       3. An explanation of your school's GPA scale if it is different from the traditional 4.0 scale must also be included.
