TEAM ACADEMIC AWARD

2007 – 2008 Application

The Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award is designed to honor high school varsity volleyball teams which have proven excellence in the classroom. To be eligible to receive this award, teams must have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale, or the equivalent on another scale, during the entire 2007 – 2008 school year. This will include GPA’s from all players who competed at the varsity level.

Eligibility Criteria

       1. Head Coach must be a current member of the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association

       2. Completed application with all required signatures must be submitted by July 1, 2008

       3. A separate attached paper listing all players (first and last names), year in school, and individual GPA's for both semesters or all quarters

           and each athlete’s cumulative GPA for the 2007-08 academic year

       4. An explanation of your school's GPA scale if it is different from the traditional 4.0 scale must also be included.
